   After the close of CIL IPO, Retail Subscription was 2.3 times, which is very low and good for all the investors who have invested. For 1lac applicant around 40k to 50 K worth of shares would be allotted and with 5% discount price on the opening day would go high to more than 300 and can expect around 20k to 30k profit.
